Sour Cream Quiche

300 ml sour cream

4 bacon rashers

1/2 cup cheese

salt and pepper *to taste
Method

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 180C.

STEP 2
Grease and line a quiche dish with a pastry sheet.

STEP 3
Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk.

STEP 4
Add sour cream and mix together until creamy.

STEP 5
Add bacon, onion and cheese. Stir together then season with salt and pepper.

Pour into quiche dish.

Bake for 30 minutes.
